MUSELI - Oats, LSA mix, Shredded coconut, Goji Berries, Cranberries, Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas. I don’t measure but as a guage I use the whole packet of oats and go from there. Store in an airtight container.
RICE OR QUINOA CAKES - Spread Avocado & tomato & sprinkle with salt and petter and top with some fresh chopped basil or rocket OR try this with some sliced chicken, turkey or salmon and use fresh ingredients you can add. These are way more filling than you think.
